Current Open Positions:

Project Manager – Orange, CA and Danville, PA

Responsible for the combination of Cost Estimating, Order Entry and Processing, Customer Service and Ticket functions to one position to support the concierge environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communications to the customer In order to define the customer’s scope, timelines and specifications
  • Oversees the order process from point of sale until final delivery of our client’s product by preparing timely and accurate job instructions to meet customer’s expectations.
  • Assists the resolution of production-related problems. Coordinates all corrections and/or changes that occur during work-in process through documentation.
  • Promotes and works as a team member with all departments of Fabtex to build continual improvements.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Two or four year degree or equivalent with at least four years of relevant customer service experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job.
    Consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job.
  • Working knowledge of computers and software programs such as MS Office or other programs specific to the job.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs.

Write-Up Coordinator – Orange, CA and Danville, PA

Responsible for the combination of Cost Estimating, Take Offs, Reviewing Field Measurements and calculating Production Sizes and Specifications.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates skill in data analysis, techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in routine research/data.
  • Writes clearly and concisely, edits work and presents numerical data effectively
  • Assists the resolution of production-related problems by gathering and analyzing information and providing solutions
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives.
  • Promotes and works as a team member with all departments of Fabtex to build continual improvements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma and some college preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job.
